Roving breakage

If the roving always breaks near the upper reversing direction, it may be caused by the small twist of the roving; if the roving always breaks near the lower reversing direction, it may be caused by the high position of the spinning guide rod; the roving details formed by the front spinning machinery will also lead to the increase of spinning end breakage.
